I did a quick reseach on the CTO lead, and I couldn't find any links to the $FU that went to 8 figs mc, I don't say he's larping, but I couldn't find much evidence, I don't know if he did CTO it or not. Also I checked the coin livestream and it seems to me that it's just empty, I'm not sure if I opened it the moment he's afk or smthg, but I would advise you to keep an eye on it and see if he really goes live.
Well to answer why the coin isn't going up, like every coin it needs attention, and attention comes with catalysts and tracked wallets unfortunately.
So as a final statement I would say that there isn't enough data to judge the coin. Reason why I gave it 'Unknown'.
